1. Agreement to Terms

This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by New Edge School ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Site and the enrollment of a student at our school. By submitting an application for admission or completing the enrollment process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Educational Services

New Edge School provides comprehensive educational programs and services for students from Grade 1 through 12.

• Curriculum and Programs: We are committed to providing a high-quality, innovative educational experience. We reserve the right to modify our curriculum, course offerings, and academic programs at any time to best serve the educational needs of our students.
• Faculty and Staff: The school is committed to employing qualified and dedicated faculty and staff to deliver our educational services.
• School Policies: All students and parents/guardians are required to adhere to the policies, rules, and codes of conduct outlined in the official Student & Parent Handbook, which is provided upon enrollment and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Tuition, Fees, and Enrollment

Our financial policies are designed to be clear and straightforward.

• Tuition and Fees: Payment of tuition and all applicable fees must be made in accordance with the schedule outlined in the official Enrollment Contract.
• Enrollment Contract: The signed Enrollment Contract is the binding agreement that governs all financial obligations, including payment schedules and policies regarding withdrawal or dismissal.
• Withdrawal Policy: The school's policy regarding tuition refunds in the event of student withdrawal or dismissal is detailed in the Enrollment Contract.

4. Portal and Online System Access

The school provides access to online systems, such as a Student/Parent Portal, for communication and academic purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use these systems for school-related purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site and provided by the school, including the New Edge School name and logo, curriculum materials, educational content, photographs, text, and website design, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

NEW EDGE SCHOOL IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING A HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC ACADEMIC OUTCOMES, COLLEGE ADMISSIONS, OR FUTURE CAREER SUCCESS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM ENROLLMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL TUITION PAID FOR THE ACADEMIC TERM IN QUESTION.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or continued enrollment at the school after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
